Harvest service

Today, KS2 visited St John’s church in Westhoughton for our harvest service. We brought  tinned food to offer to the local community and heard a story about two oranges – one (bubble) who enjoyed life and liked an adventure and Squeak, who was miserable and didn’t want to do anything. The message was that we should be thankful for everything we have been given. We then said prayers of thanks for the harvest. Our children were brilliantly behaved as usual!
